- Shareholder Children 15 years and under (only) pay 50%of below rates - ie. Shareholder must be legal guardian or parent.
- Shareholders (person who owns the share only) who books and pays (in full) before 30 April 2010 receive a further 10% discount on the shareholder rate only.
- Children 15 years and under pay 75% of paying adult rate. Children under 3 stay free.
- Mt Buller rates are per person rates.
- Falls Creek rate is for the entire apartment, max occupancy 9 people.
* Ensuite rates are based on a minimum of 2 adult guests occupying the room.

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
